Next Generation Teen Pregnancy Homes will be open to any young woman (age 12-19) facing a crisis pregnancy and, for whatever reason, find themselves without a place to live during their pregnancy. With the guidance of our professional, loving staff & on-going counseling services we will help our clients properly work thru the parenting and/or adoption process; hence enabling our mothers, birthmothers, & adoptive parents to leave their experience spiritually & emotionally wiser, knowing that both mother and child are loved & purposed by God.
Next Generation homes is a safe haven where expectant teenage mothers can continue their studies in a loving and stable environment. NG will provide the following services for expectant teenage mothers: housing, home-schooling options, individual & family counseling, pregnancy related health & fitness, a spiritual leadership study exclusively tailored for their needs & adoption placement referrals for mothers choosing adoption. EACH HOME WILL HAVE AT LEAST ONE ROOM DEDICATED TO BIRTHMOTHERS CHOOSING ADOPTION.

Next Generation will help you select a home for lease or site location and then provide the guidance you need to help your ministry succeed. Next Generation will be with you every step of the way, from performing a needs analysis, setting up group home licensing procedures & access to our training program with special focus on our Spiritual Leadership Program.
Our support staff is available from day one to help you with any situation. We will provide all maternity homes with an extensive online business center, marketing materials, and resource documents to help you with daily operations and community awareness.
Housing:
Next Generation will help you locate housing in areas with the greatest need and assist you with creating an environment to consist of a beautiful, inviting home that will make any nervous teenage girl feel at ease during this delicate time in her life. The family room will have plenty of space for all who gather. The bedrooms will each be wonderfully decorated each with its own special touch. The homes will warm the soul & invite the spirit.
Schooling:
We will assist you with partnering with local schools and educational institutions so expectant birthmothers and mothers can continue their current educational studies. Both home schooling and other educational options will be explored based on each individual area. For example with the NG maternity home in Forsyth County, we are partnering with Forsyth County Schools’ “I Achieve Virtual Academy”, so our expectant birthmothers & mothers can continue their current studies to keep them on track so they may return home and graduate with their class. A part-time teacher will be on staff to assist birthmothers with their individual academic requirements. Girls will be welcomed & encouraged to stay after the birth of their babies to complete their semester work & receive continued post birth counseling.
Counseling Services:
A crisis pregnancy in a family affects more than just the birthmother or mother-to-be. The parents & siblings face their own set of challenges that require attention. NG Homes will offer family counseling services to all family members Involved.
Health & Fitness:
In addition to professional counseling our expectant mothers & birthmothers will learn about the importance of proper health & fitness during their pregnancy. Each maternity home will feature a fitness room and a recommended exercise program to ensure mothers stay healthy for themselves & their babies. The meal menu will be created with the help of a nutritionist to ensure that expectant mothers are eating healthy and receiving the proper nutrition..
Home Directors will help each mother obtain Medicaid and any other financial assistance available to aid in the expenses associated with their pregnancies.
For example: Our birthmothers & expected mothers in Forsyth County will be able to deliver at Northside Hospital-Forsyth located minutes from the maternity home.

Spiritual Leadership Program:
NG Homes spiritual leadership program will be designed exclusively for our birthmothers & expectant mothers to help them find healing & hope for God’s purpose in their lives. May they feel the love I felt during my crisis & know that they, too, are purposed by God. May they learn to walk daily with the Holy Spirit, show courage & integrity in times of doubt, and know that they are a critical part of shaping the next generation of Godly men and women.
